Shipping policy

Maximum 7 days from the moment we received the payment and your items are available we will start preparing your order for delivery. 

For Bangkok deliveries you will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details. We usually use Grab or Lalamove's service. 

For deliveries outside of Bangkok we will get in touch to organize the logistics the most efficient way. Depending on weight and volume. 

Deliveries outside of Thailand will be checked case by case if realistic. Import duties may apply and are at customer's expense. 

SHIPPING FEES: 

Bangkok province

- Orders < 7000 thb = 150 thb delivery cost

- Orders > 7000 thb = free delivery 

Outside of Bangkok

- orders below 20kg = 500 thb 

- orders above 20kg will be quoted separately
